This 10-part training video set will give you solo exercises for learning the movements and building coordination in the foundational WingChun form.
What is the Core Of WingChun?
Core means the foundational techniques and concepts used most often, and are fundamental to advanced levels, which makes them the most important.
This course starts with exercises for the movements in order as they appear in each part of the Siu Nim Tau and Gerk Fat I (leg/footwork methods) forms.
